What do you like best about Epic? I enjoy the organization of the charting system, allows for quick pull up of specific areas as well as organized head to toe examination charting. "Not user friendly."

What do you like best about Epic? All the smartphrases and shortcuts make writing reports more efficient. What do you dislike about Epic? Small icons and no confirmation messages when a visit is signed or a message sent. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Logging clinical sessions. Helps having a schedule for tracking and organization.

What do you like best about Epic? I like that's it is easy to log on and search for patients. Once in a patient chart everything is separated into different folders. Such as imaging, and procedures. What do you dislike about Epic? I dislike the updates. They basically take half of your work day and can log one once it has started. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and accurate patient account information.

"Potentially useful, time consuming for now "

What do you like best about Epic? I like the shared interfaces with multiple hospitals/clinics. I like the dot phrases and templets because it speeds up the notetaking. What do you dislike about Epic? I dislike that it doesn’t work for all hospitals, I can’t always access other hospitals info. There are also a lot of unneeded pages of charting or duplicating. "Good for small practices, but great for larger ones"

What do you like best about Epic? Epic is a great healthcare system for large healthcare systems. It learns to anticipate preferences and arranged everything nicely to work off of a neat dashboard interface. What do you dislike about Epic? Epic can be used for smaller healthcare systems, but it seems to be better designed for larger ones. It can integrate up to 50 specialties, so to get the most value, it’s best for bigger systems. What do you like best about Epic? Care Everywhere linking outside records is a big plus. The interface is nicer and more user friendly than other EMRs, and the smart phrases, dot phrases, customizability for doctors is nice. The scheduling tools can be useful as well.
