"Worthwhile health management software, but buggy."

What do you like best about Epic? The software provides me as an IT support agent easy access to employee information, login and usage statistics, etc. What do you dislike about Epic? Epic is good overall but it does have a tendency to crash either itself locally, Citrix receiver locally or the session on the server. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? I imagine it's great for doctors having an active database of patient information at their fingertips.

What do you like best about Epic? Being able to chart while browsing information in the chart at the same time has been very helpful. Creating our own template for notes is both nice and difficult to do without help. What do you dislike about Epic? EPIC has many ways to personalize your view, but can be complicated to get set up initially. What do you like best about Epic? I enjoy the all electronic aspect. No more paper charts What do you dislike about Epic? I do not like the style of sending messages and find it difficult to reply to senders and impossible to organize. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Epic? There is so much you can do with Epic. I currently use it for a healthcare system and there are many functions that keep the software top-notch. What do you dislike about Epic? Epic is confusing to navigate as a beginner user. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? With Epic, I have noticed we can solve scheduling issues and confusing diagnosis criteria.

What do you like best about Epic? Love having access easily to patient info in a timely fashion and also all meds patients. Narcotic refills are needed to know dates and info about the patient and we also have a link to the pharmacy records in the state database which had been great! What do you dislike about Epic? Never had an issue using it. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Business benefits that Epic provides is seamless EMR experience. It makes handling medical records much easier and faster.
