What do you like best? EPAY chat help is the best ever. No matter what time I have an issue, I click the Chat and they're always quick to respond and get it resolved. What do you dislike? I never had a problem with EPAY in all the 6 years I have been using it. Recommendations to others considering the product: EPAY is amazing, very helpful without having to call waiting on hold. Easy Peasy!
What do you like best? Epay has been reliable and easy to use. The simple 3 step clock in and out process makes me worry about one less thing at my job. Thanks Epay. What do you dislike? None I am very pleased with ease of use. Please continue with the good work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to find PTO time available

Amazingly easy experience
What do you like best? Being able to keep up with the day to day operation real time is very helpful to me as a manager. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I dislike. It is a very useful and easy site to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping correct attendance issues that may arise and this is a very useful tool for me in helping close open punches.

The Epay customer service is prompt and effective.
What do you like best? Nights, weekends and holidays they are always there to address your concerns. Even when there have been glitches with the system they have been there to help me work through it and resolve the issue. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system will lag a bit at busy payroll times. Lately, though this hasn't been an issue at all. Rounding of times to 15 minutes is not a perfect system. Great Customer Service
What do you like best? Their patience and attention to detail. The Rep that called me really cared to solve my problem. Not only did she solve my problem quickly but she also made sure i have no other problems before she hung up. She was very polite and made everything better. What do you dislike? Nothing. I have absolutely zero complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? EPAY is a great company. Very easy to function.

Excellent communication
What do you like best? Prompt service and excellent communication. What do you dislike? Nothing really stands out that I dislike. One thing that I would add is to continue the excellent customer service. Recommendations to others considering the product: Professional staff and the ease of use. What do you like best? When I first joined with compass it was like so difficult but the epay team made me a swift settle down with my position What do you dislike?
