"Time saver!"

What do you like best about Entrata? It's a great initiative that saves the time of employees truly. The text alert system works well too. In fact, the overall efficiency of employees increases. Also, the customized branding can be beneficial to the business. Not forgetting, it been a green initiative, brownie points for that! What do you dislike about Entrata? "I love that I get alerts and can pick up my package whenever I want"

What do you like best about Entrata? It was very convenient and simple. I felt comfortable knowing my packages were safe as well! What do you dislike about Entrata? Perhaps a barcode would be easier than entering a passcode. This is a minor thing though, and not really a problem. A barcode would just be a bit quicker and easier. Does all the work for me; easy to use

PROS: The application provides me with reports filled with important information. CONS: Being on the older generation, it can take a while to use it to its full potential.

Everything in one place!

PROS: I like how everything is in one place in this app. It is a simple app but it contains everything I needed for applications, leasing, contract renewals, work orders, payments, and a lot more. It's also integrated with Yardi so we don't have any problems with miscommunication. The support team was also very helpful and very accomodating. CONS: My company did not buy all the features of Entrata and I think it's a factor with difficulty in managing bulk renewals. We have to open each ...

Data management is fantastic in this app

PROS: Invoicing has improved in efficiency since we used Entrata, we have a smooth flow of transporting information from the offsite team, and reading and accessing data has been easier. CONS: Minor Issue: Tablet app keeps on crashing/lagging; It does not hinder the day-to-day workings of our work but it would be nice to have a reliable mobile device with me especially when meeting with stakeholders and clients.

Convenient

PROS: Sending out renewal offers and notifications have been a breeze with Entrata. Everything else is at your fingertips! CONS: Pricing for renewals about furnished and unfurnished units are a bit faulty; I had difficulty accessing the premiums. I contacted them about it and they are already fixing this.

"Easy to use but not perfect"

What do you like best about Entrata? Very easy to navigate, search feature works well. What do you dislike about Entrata? It doesn't always sync to Yardi as it is supposed to. There have been times where charges double post. Recommendations to others considering Entrata: Utilize the FAQ's What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Entrata to screen new applicants. This feature is very simple and easy to use.

"Great service if you have ALL the buttons turned on"

What do you like best about Entrata? I love how easy it is to have one software system for leasing, applications, renewals, work orders, payments, etc. It is pretty user friendly and it wasn't a heard transition from yardi and onsite to entrata. I think that the help guides are also very helpful. If you call the support team they are very helpful as well. "Convenient but Does not make a huge differences"

What do you like best about Entrata? I like how you can track where your package is and be able to see all the past packages I've had ever received. Keeping everything organized, which is ideal in a business setting. What do you dislike about Entrata? It is quite useful, though I feel like this might be best for company that receives a LOT of parcels.
