"Best-In-Class Property Management Software"

Great and easy to use!

PROS: I love how all that I need is in one place! I can contact everyone through the app--from clients, prospects, current residents to employees, management, and so forth. CONS: There are only two options to renew

Easy to use

PROS: The application is simple and easy to follow. I most liked the search features. CONS: There are problems when you add the charges, they sometimes are posted more than once. Plus it doesn't sync with Yardi as much as I wanted it to.

Payment processing easier

PROS: The app helps me create and distribute invoices with ease; Payment processing has been easier with offers of different payment options; We have more access to information through the app. CONS: It's a little hard to use; I hope that their UI gets better. In filling out forms, some items that are required are not required by Entrata so we still need to contact the clients again to ask for the information.

One-stop-shop app

PROS: I don't need to leave the system to process different tasks. It has all the features for property management with little training needed to understand and use them CONS: The automatic generation of leases has many issues. We have been repeatedly changing our settings to see what would work but it does not work. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Easy UI but it loads slowly

PROS: I like that the email has a feature that lets you know if a client has seen the email or not. I like that the app keeps activity logs. And, for the most part, the UI is easy to navigate on. CONS: I hope that during updates, the app would provide what settings were changed. Also, generating reports takes too much time.

Easy to use with all the features we needed

PROS: The app is extensive and comprehensive yet simple and easy to use. All levels of our company use them for their everyday routine. What stands out for me is that the communication between us and clients improved: emails can be delivered promptly, announcements, follow-ups, notifications, among others. CONS: Access to some information requires manual grant and it makes generating reports, changing information, and updating accounts difficult.

"Good replacement"

What do you like best about Entrata? System is easy to use for front end users. The ease of set up was nice. The oversight of the platform is cumbersome when updates are available What do you dislike about Entrata? Admin backed is clunky. Settings are moved during updates. Update information is not comprehensive at all. The set up may have been easy it took several months of work to get all the settings correct to ensure our teams has the right work flow. "Best Multi Family Software Co."

What do you like best about Entrata? The platform easily follows the lead to lease process. We can follow a prospect from initial call to a resident move out statement. What do you dislike about Entrata? System updates and bugs are frequent and cause behaviors to adapt more frequently. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Relevant information for prospective buyers in more relevant and timely manners.

Do not Recommend

PROS: I cannot think of anything that puts this software above the previous software our company was using. Implementation was terrible too. It took much longer than we were told it would and it felt like we kept getting the run around and things were not completed that we were told would be. CONS: Customer service is non-existent. I have 2 pending requests and haven't heard back from them. One is about them charging a tenant for NSF fees in their Entrata tenant account and also directly to ...
