What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata's icons follow the same suit as social media, plus button means to add, the tabs are clear, and the reporting available helps our team dig into necessary information for leasing, accounts payable, and resident needs. "Very user friendly for the property and for residents with quick customer support."

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is a great property management tool. It is easy to use, even for those that are not technologically inclined. Tour scheduling, applications, and resident communication were straightforward to complete. What do you dislike about Entrata? There are not many downsides that come to mind. "Entrata Review From Experienced User"

What do you like best about Entrata? The best thing about the software is the ease of use. Even non-tech-savvy people could do the simple task assigned to them. The UI was also pleasing to look at. What do you dislike about Entrata? I didn't particularly appreciate that it did not allow me to find users by their ID numbers. "Great for student housing crm"

What do you like best about Entrata? The bulk unit assignment feature makes it easy to shuffle roommates around in student housing. The leads tab is great for overseeing leasing agents' lead follow-ups. What do you dislike about Entrata? The reports tab is challenging to navigate at times. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Re-arranging unit placement is made easy with Entrata. It has been great for recording lead follow-ups.

Smoother flow on processing documents; better communication with clients

PROS: Setting it up and using it is easy. CONS: The setup was easy but it took time to calibrate the settings that coincide with our workflow. We have problems with backing up data and updating information.

Everything in one app

PROS: I love that all are in one location, it makes things really easy! We just have to open Entrata to contact prospects and residents and send emails, notifications, leases, and other documents. CONS: The lease has some issues such as being unable to change the lease after being generated; have missing important aspects.

Simple user-interface; one can never be lost

PROS: It was so easy to use! I like how even though I started with it not knowing a lot of its features, by only "taking a tour" on the app, I can find out how to use it. I also like how the dashboard is full of information. CONS: I hope Entrata can train more than just the company's representative.
