What do you like best about Entrata? All of my data and information is at a simple click of the mouse. The interface is user friendly. And the IT support is actively responsive. Entrata helps me run my property at the highest possible level. What do you dislike about Entrata? Screening applicants can sometimes be a little glitchy/case sensitive to a point where I have to audit accounts very thoroughly. The corrections to make are usually pretty simple though. What do you like best about Entrata? Many functions that support an organized approach to daily taks. Overall sophisticated system that allows great flexibility in billing and leasing. Customer support is easy to reach in the event of questions. What do you dislike about Entrata? Ongoing glitches with automated billing or billing corrections. What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata has multiple ways to do 1 thing making it easier to learn. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes when there are technical issues it has taken over a month to receive a proper resolution. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to directly communicate to prospects.

"We LOVE Entrata!"
What do you like best about Entrata? Our company switched from Yardi to Entrata about 6 months ago and we LOVE it! It's very user friendly and they are very easy to contact for any help needed. What do you dislike about Entrata? Changing settings to what we need them to be can be a little complicated. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? We have consolidated a lot of systems into one, so it's been great!

What do you like best about Entrata? I like the dashboard that gives you a quick reminder of things that are due and in what order they are due in. Helps organize your day. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wouldn't say I like that I can not use specific keywords in the search bar. For example, if someone is missing a dog, I would like to be able to type in the breed and it populates the apartments with that particular animal.
