They don't respond to refunds for semi-annual packages..
I have been really happy to use this website, creating resume's previously and getting help online. So this time around I wanted to update my resume and paid for a Semi-annual period package until May '23. Enhance is writing on their website that if you dont want to use this for the full period, you can get a refund when writing them for the period left. My resume is now done and I have written them since December 16th to get a refund for the rest of the period without any answer. I have ...
