Dissatisfied and not honoring a full refund
I bought the Executive+ package as part of the career counseling, and I have been given the run around asking for a full refund when I am not satisfied with the work they provided. The resume produced was not much different from the original resume and is poorly written for an executive level resume. I cannot get the jobs I want with this resume. Very blatantly a scam that tries to gaslight you into paying for premium by making you question whether you know how to spell things or understand basic grammar.
