No point of contact for customer inquiries
There is 0 customer service interface. I've been trying to get some info to sign up for their highest package but no response in almost a week. Maybe good for the DIY but they don't event have a contact email address throughout their entire site. very odd

I signed up for this expecting AI…
I signed up for this expecting AI support however, this isn't the case - there is no predictive AI help. It simply provided templates. On signing up I was immediately met with signing up for more expensive packages - one on ones, etc. This time it was of any use to me. Very expensive option for what you get - there are plenty of others out there that are a 20th of the price.
