"EngageWith is a really cool platform for employee engagement"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Shout-outs for employees by their colleagues and managers. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Nothing specifically as such, I have enjoyed using the tool. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps in employee appreciation & recognition without actually hosting an event to do that, hence it helps massively since employees can give shout-outs whenever they want.

"Great Way to Keep Me Connected with Remote Colleagues"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Honestly, I like the simplicity of it and the way it can be used for fun things like trivia. It's a way to add some fun to Slack in a remote setting and look up from my work so I'm not always heads down. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Sometimes I get too many notifications from EngageWith in the one Slack community I'm a part of. When I'm trying to focus, it's not easy to snooze notifications temporarily. I either have to mute the app entirely ...

"Great product but usage needs careful attention"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Helps acknowledge team members, especially peers to praise each other. It integrates on Slack and is easy to use with prompts that come as notifications. What do you dislike about EngageWith? But incentivization is broken to an extent as it needs to be monitored carefully by someone in the team. There is no tangible benefit that users get out of it like a monthly leaderboard. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps ...

"Engage With Is A Must Have!"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Using Engage With has helped our startup recognise team and individual efforts. Integration with Slack makes it a must-have in the organization. What do you dislike about EngageWith? The backend can be a bit more effective and efficient. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Since our organization's inception, we've struggled with employee recognition. Engage With has helped us achieve that.

"Recognition can't get easier than this!!!"

What do you like best about EngageWith? The best part is that it's easy to configure and use. Moreover, their updated set of vouchers is great, with plenty of options to choose from. What do you dislike about EngageWith? I feel like it can include more options for rewarding employees and creative ways to recognize people. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to look for another way to reward employees for small milestones, Engagewith comes in handy.

"Enhancing Remote Culture"

What do you like best about EngageWith? I love that EngageWith gives me and my coworkers the ability to shout each other out and show love. Since we all work remotely (with some of us in different countries and have never met in person), EngageWith gives us the opportunity to really show appreciation for one another. My favorite feature is the custom GIFs! Whenever you give someone a shoutout, there's a GIF created by EngageWith that is custom to the shoutout – so cool! What do you dislike ...
