"Great way to reward and recognise colleagues for their good work"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Super easy to carry out recognition and rewards within an organisation, even if it's a remote work culture. The rewards are point-based and can be redeemed against very relatable and handy gifts online, including food vouchers, e-commerce gift cards, etc. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Need to be cautious while using points to give our recognitions as sometimes, towards the end of the month, you could run out of points and would not be able to ...

"Very useful"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Straight forward ability to conduct pulse surveys and share peer-to-peer recognition What do you dislike about EngageWith? Could be even more straight forward. Stream line and condense steps into fewer steps. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us get employees more engaged in decision-making by keeping employees engaged with our processes.

"Good way to recognize colleagues"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Point redemption for coupons. Giving recognition to co workers. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Stuck points in engageWith, needs to be distributed every other week. This should be more built into the slack product. For example a thumbs up to a slack message could mean the user gains one point on Engage With, when there are enough points it can be redeemed out. Low friction for everybody. Not every recognition is huge that you've to write about ...

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to access information, make purchases, and engage with businesses without any hassle. What do you dislike about EngageWith? "Truly an engaging tool!"

What do you like best about EngageWith? EngageWith can help you to give recognition to your team members without spending a lot of time writing huge reviews. The review type is short and crisp and really good to look at. I really like the distinction they have between kudos and shout outs. What do you dislike about EngageWith? I think there can be more options regarding the company values. It can be made more inclusive. Also, the points given to each user for kudos and shoutouts should be ...
