"My experience with EngageRocket has been wonderful"
What do you like best about EngageRocket? Their customer service is excellent. I am consistently impressed by how fast, reliable and speedy their customer service is. Yunnie (the project manager I was assigned to) would go the extra mile to help with my issues, clarify concerns and is always one step ahead in considering the needs of our project.

What do you like best about EngageRocket? The platform is intuitive and easy to use, looks great, and the customer support is quick and thorough. The onboarding survey is fantastic- you just set it up and forget about it, then you have a dataset building for every touchpoint!

What do you like best about EngageRocket? The team (Chee Tung, Dorothy & Ramya) have been very supportive throughout the project. A shout-out especially to Dorothy & Ramya who patiently guided me in using the platform and even supported to generate several custom reports at late notices. Their professionalism is commendable and one of the best post-service support I have ever worked with. Awesome!
