Overall a great CRM

Quick and helpful!
Quick and helpful! Mark at the Support team is absolutely amazing! I needed some help in Engage Bay with our texts and he sorted it out and found the problem straight away!

It is user friendly
It is user friendly. Not hard to use and further more the support personnel are usually really helpful and quick to answer. Engagebay's niche appears to be giving excelelnt solutions for small businesses.
