I have been using EngageBay for about three years. It has been such a huge help to my work. Today I had a technical issue and contacted them through the chat. Their agent, Mark, fixed it immediately and was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough how I appreciate his quick help and fixing the issue. I highly recommend EngageBay.
