The support service is very responsive…
The support service is very responsive and always willing to try to walk you through how to do things. That includes logging in to your account to view what you have tried and pointing out any errors.

I had a great experience with Bob Smith from Engage bay. He was able to solve some technical issues I had with getting some widgets working on my website. I think it's great when technical support have skills to resolve issues in such good time too!

EngageBay is excellent!
I have been using EngageBay for about three years. It has been such a huge help to my work. Today I had a technical issue and contacted them through the chat. Their agent, Mark, fixed it immediately and was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough how I appreciate his quick help and fixing the issue. I highly recommend EngageBay.
