Outstanding System...
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I would say that this is one of the newer systems I find yet it is one of the most complete systems If I can get half the features working then I will be totally happy. I also notice the great progress in the system for such a short time. Really outstanding, I hope the price would stay as affordable in the future. I can say it stands out among the systems that came out along with it.

Impressive Software!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has a lot of features. Almost all of the features work as I expect it to. When you visit their site it says it is a complete platform and honestly, you will only need 3 to 4 more features and you can really say it is a complete platform where you can do your business.

Unexpectedly Amazing!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I was really just testing this system since it has all the features I need to run my small business but I am not really expecting that it can work well. Apparently the performance and the functions seamlessly work based on the setup I created and was able to run a system like the one I am running using my more expensive platform.

A Professional Business Setup
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system provided me with the means to serve my customers in a professional way using various channels. I can make and receive calls, send SMS, send an email, and even live chat. I can track the progress of issues in the ticketing system. My customers are amazed at how I can provide my services at a seeming enterprise level.

An Emerging Powertool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am really amazed on how fast the tool had evolved in the past few months. I first saw it during black Friday 2018. It was an OK tool but does not do much. So I signed up on a free account but did not bother much. I had a chance to look at it again around March of 2019 and it is amazing how much it changed. Power and affordability in one...
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really thought it is not possible to find a system with all the features I need that is inexpensive. I and my partners are already thinking of just spending more than what we budgeted since all the other alternatives prove incomplete or just won't work for us. Finding EngageBay allowed us to stick with the original budget without sacrificing efficiency.

Worth The Investment
What i like about Engagebay is the leverage i get from using it. It eases up our marketing and sales perspective through the automation it provides. I get to integrate other platforms which helps a lot in building our pipelines. Adding to the interest is the interface, which makes it easier to use. And the price is just right in comparison to the ROI we get. I've mostly used it for our marketing since it's one area we've been wanting to develop to acquire more leads.

Our Hoorah with Engagebay
Results are always important, that’s why I love the analytics on this platform. It gives us a wide perspective of how we’re doing with marketing and sales. It gives off a good detail on the things that has been done and things it has done. I like how automated it is making our efforts more efficient and lighter. It feels more practical for us since we’re handling quite a number of tasks for such a small team.
