Underwriting with Encompass

What do you like best? Having one platform to take a file from registration to post closing. Being able to submit directly to the AUS. What do you dislike? Information does not always carry forward through the AUS so manual manipulation is required. You can lock yourself in a file by simply clicking on the wrong "X". What do you like best? The pipeline view is easily customized and allows me to see a quick snapshot of my files. What do you dislike? There tends to be latency on a regular basis. Encompass - user friendly and helpful

What do you like best? I like the ease of use. I also enjoy that this program makes it possible to have a completely paperless file. Due to this option you can work on files anywhere the program is available. What do you dislike? The only issue I have with the program is that you have to do a fair amount of set up when you first start using the program.
