Great professional
I have been using different email marketing solutions for years. Some are great, but expensive, and some are cheap, but lack many features. This is the first email marketing service I'm using that offers a great service at a reasonable price. Their UI is clean and easy to use, it has a powerful automation feature, it integrates with several other services to make it easy for us to set things up once and forget about it.

The easiest way to automate your marketing communication.
The easiest way to automate onboardings, email marketing, and in general, complex communication flows. It took me a couple of hours to fully setup the whole communication process with my new customers. And I mean all of it. From welcome letters, to follow ups depending on what stage of the service they are. Definitely a jewl.

Encharge has an excellent interface
Encharge has an excellent interface : simple, clear and fast, much better to my opinion than Active Campaign interface which is a bit too technical for the common mortal.Creating a flow is easy and efficient.Built in email validation system is a big plus and help to avoid using another app or software.Email delivery seems good but I honestly haven't sent more than 1000 emails.It is possible to produce personal emails with the Liquid langage used by Shopify and Drip. Is it really that easy? Hell yes Encharge is.
I started using Encharge last week and I am pretty impressed. The user interface is easy and good to look at. The flows are even for me very easy to use. The only downside is that there is no e-commerce integration. This is really essential for my agency so I hope they will be adding this soon.

The best ActiveCampaign alternative with a fraction of a price

Encharge for your email outreach
I looked a long time for a good autoresponder. I think I found it in Encharge!Yes, there were several deals offering email marketing solutions but they were, or too clucky, or the complex, or too much 'jack of all trades'. So I am glad to have found Encharge.I have to check out all the futures and options to have a complete understanding of this tool, but what I see so far looks very promising.If you are looking for a great autoresponder, this might be it!
