What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Comprehensive in its abilities to manage the most complex employer offerings, but simple enough to be easy to build and manage. The Help Center and EN University is extremely comprehesive for self-service needs; however if additional support is needed the Support Team is extremeley responsive and knowledgeable on all aspects of the system. What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Employee Navigator is a great Benefits Administration and ACA filing solution for its ease of use for Brokers, HR teams and employees. For groups in the small and mid-Markets, I believe it's the best option available. The integrations are almost endless and the team at EN has worked very hard over the years to provide an outstanding platform for Brokers to provide to their Clients at very low cost.
