What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud? The team are very friendly and always available to assist at any time. Timely and supper efficient. What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud? Haven't found anything I don't like yet. What problems is Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? The scheduling and the insights are very useful. And as a global brand, we can also have line of sight across all properties to help keep aligned.
