What do you like best about Emarsys? Smart insights and multichannel retargeting allow us to retarget the right customers at the right time. Segmentation and automation flows are very easy to create. CRM ads allow the creating of external audiences to be used on Google ads and Facebook campaigns.

What do you like best about Emarsys? After our company has worked with several of the top email platforms over the last decade, I can say without a doubt that Emarsys is #1 in customer support. While we rarely have issues with the platform, when we do, we are getting quick and accurate support that isn’t just copy/paste answers. Their team is extremely knowledgeable about their own product and helpful with finding solutions quick enough to support our e-commerce company.

What do you like best about Emarsys? First i will mention the very good support. In addition, the tool regularly evolves around new features that really help to optimize marketing. Especially the new e-mail editor (VCE) is easy to use and offers many possibilities of personalization also for ecommerce. In combination with WebChannel and the possibilities of the automation center (node programming), powerful marketing automation can be created.
