What do you like best about Emarsys? My experience with Emarsys was during the Kolesa.kz and Krisha.kz development. In close contact we created a marketing campaigns system focused on user reactivation and customers information services. Our account manager was very helpful and provide full support and training. The product is user friendly and efficient.

What do you like best about Emarsys? The Customer Support team provides a solution in a very quick time. They ate ready to provide a good amount of training videos. The User interface is also good with Drag and Drop functionality.

What do you like best about Emarsys? The amount that you can do with Emarsys is impressive and they are always growing their platform. It's very easy to connect your data across the board and to monitor all your KPIs in one place, seeing in real-time how every one of your campaigns contributes to your business. Their team is very professional and always ready to help, whether it be with something on a grand scale like integration, or just a small usage question.

"Excellent Software Backed by World-Class Support"
What do you like best about Emarsys? From the moment we started implementation, it was clear that Emarsys was laser-focused on client success. The project moved to completion on time and there were no "gotcha's", even when we needed to reload data. After launch, the transition to regular support was seamless. The rare times that an issue has come up, it was dealt with in a timely manner. If we needed education, it was provided. If Emarsys needed to correct something, they did it.
