What do you like best about Emarsys? The platform fully meets the needs of a large e-commerce project. We send email newsletters, push notifications for mobile devices, SMS, and also we form segments and manage them on social networks through one platform. Of particular note is the RFM analysis in Smart Insight modules. The data of this module is used to build management analytics, as well as to form one to one communications in different channels.

"Super easy to use. Great for a small marketing team"
What do you like best about Emarsys? The best feature of Emarsys to us is the "Product Search" function. Since Emarsys is able to consume our large (200k+ SKU) catalog, it makes life easier when building ad-hoc email campaigns. The use of the template for ad-hoc emails is also very helpful. We are able to style our emails in various ways, but again without taking too much time. Product Recommendations is definitely a plus. What do you like best about Emarsys? Navigating throughout the platform is easy and very intuitive. Also, the speed in which we can make updates to a campaign or run a segmentation query helps us get our job done fast. Lasty, the flexibility by using the Emarsys Scripting Language helps us be personalized and show customers relevant content.
