What do you like best about Emarsys? It is a customer engagement platform. Which has effectively help me out in keeping the record of my new customers who has brought our products through its e-commerce tool has helped me keep an eye on browsing data by which I can calculate the probability of purchasing the products and who is interested in my products more over I can aggregate many products to a single message.

What do you like best about Emarsys? What I like most about Emarsys is the personalized and precise approach it gives us to each process, each client or type of consumer, databases, etc, it is very efficient in our work group, one of its other advantages is that it has a constant movement in its evolution and characteristics, it is an innovative platform. "Robust ESP & CDP Offering"

What do you like best about Emarsys? The use of their WebExtend javascript API helps us instantly track email performance and understand KPIs like email marketing ROI and Revenue per Email. Being able to tie email opens to site clicks and purchases in real-time has saved us time and resources building complex data models joining data from multiple platforms. It's all there.

While there are some limitations with the software that we did not anticipate, the staff at Emarsys have gone above and beyond to be helpful during the implementation process. When we have encountered roadblocks, they have helped us find workarounds and never fail to respond to our inquiries within 24 hours.
