What do you like best about Emarsys? I like the countless possibilities that Emarsys offers in CRM. Automation, direct mailing with optilyz, connector to shopify reduces our internal efforts. With Web-Channel there are a lot of possibilities to make the customer experience of the website a personalized experience.

"Emarsys is a perfect platform for a modern marketer"
What do you like best about Emarsys? Emarsys is a great platform to reach the customers and measure the performance of every campaign. For me, the best part is the user segmentation. I am the king of the segmentation after using Emarsys for 4 years now, and if we pair it with the right copywriting and graphic content, it's almost impossible to not have more revenue.

What do you like best about Emarsys? The status of the projects and campaigns will be shown properly in the main dashboard - order control for the channel manager is visable the event manager. The goal and cost control is a perfect function, we can check all the ongoing marketing projects in the reports and analyze the relative results and find strategies for clients with a high demand.

"Best ESP Around!"
What do you like best about Emarsys? I love how easy this ESP is to use - which is a lot to say for an enterprise solution. I have used Emarsys for a bigger company on Demandware and also for a small/midsize company in Shopify and it has been great in both of those environments. It is an ESP that we don't have to spend too much time troubleshooting or trying to figure out how to make something work - it is very intuitive and easy to use.
