"Great ESP with lots of functions"
What do you like best about Emarsys? The team at Emarsys were very helpful during the implementation process, from start to finish. Our team had a long list of questions, but the Emarsys team were all very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. We had weekly check-ins with the team, as well as a dedicated Slack group for any ad-hoc updates.

What do you like best about Emarsys? For us this is a platform that combines data with personalization and communication, in order to increase consumers. We believe that it is more than a tool to achieve your goals of business, is predictive software that, through data analysis, provides smart recommendations to increase your online strategy.

"Complete and powerful when used at it's max"
What do you like best about Emarsys? The automation program and it's flowchart-like builder are my favorites but I also like the coupons system and the block-based editor for creating the email designs, with the predict plugin beign directly in the tool.
