What do you like best about Emarsys? Definitely Automation Center! The possibilities to personalize specific content based on user preferences are also pretty cool. Also, features like OTC and the "Loyalty"-program are very interesting!

What do you like best about Emarsys? There are so many features that we are gaining from our previous ESP. Being able to create automatic campaigns that we can "set and forget", robust segmentation, integration with our ERP system and website so data flows between all three is what we have been dreaming about.
