What do you like best about Emarsys? The clarity of the platform. Everything is well designed and if something isn't right, we get error messages displaying straight away and an explanation of what is wrong. I also like that you can deal with multiple channels at the same time, and the analytics tab.

Getting new features for your daily work and getting a exclusive training is very helpful and not the usual case I guess. For me, this is the best possible service. Web channel is helpful to us as well. Also the implementation of new features was really quick and we were able to use it days after signing the contract.
