"Emarsys is such a robust marketing tool + top notch support!"
What do you like best about Emarsys? Emarsys support is top-notch; I can always count on them when I get stuck in the process somewhere. Emarsys's features are robust and usually make it reasonably easy to accomplish whatever goal we are working toward. I especially enjoy the web channel and predict features, although both could use a few tweaks to make them 100%.

What do you like best about Emarsys? There are out-of-the-box solutions for most basic campaigns required for E-commerce which can be setup quickly. The Relational Data is a game-changer as it allows much more customization and segmentation based on the specific business data.
