What do you like best about Emarsys? The interface is easy to use, has good help articles and good support. The automation centre is great and easy to use and the customer lifecycle part is really good too.

"Emarsys Email Marketing Review"
What do you like best about Emarsys? I like the options for customizing colors and themes to easily seamline branding, depending on the email and content. I think the webinars and resources available are useful. The Deliverability Advisor is really helpful in making sure subject lines, etc, are up to accessibility and readability standards. For what we pay, I do think what we get is reasonable, although it could be better.

"A very easy to use product with great support and pre configured campaigns"
What do you like best about Emarsys? It is straightforward to use and integrates seamlessly with SAP Ecommerce platform. The reporting and out-of-the-box attribution models are first rate. The preconfigured campaigns save time. The ongoing support is amazing.

"User friendly & lots of help when needed."
What do you like best about Emarsys? Theres easy ways to get help and it is very user friendly. Lots of ways to check insights and see how well the account is performing.

"Best omnichannel experience in a long time"
What do you like best about Emarsys? We have been through 4 different tools before finding this gem. One of them was built in the house when we lost faith in all these platforms. Two years ago, a new manager came and suggested we try Emarsys for our needs. We quickly did the onboarding and fell in love right away. The UX, the ease of use, the integrations, the blueprints for different automations, EVERYTHING saves you from having headaches.
