"Best Customer Service I've had in a long time."
What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? Well other than the application being easy to use and always having the best customer service I've used in a long time. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? Issuing customized reports, Interactive plans and What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? Customer support via email , takes more than one day sometimes What problems is eMaint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Issuing WO, Reports are very helpful and very good reference for maintenance history

"It is great CMMS as compare to others."
What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? Condition monitoring, inventory control, work orders, notifications of stock items to reorder. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? there is around 50 Daily preventive maintenance and each work orders need to be closed manually. it should have features that has only tick marks-after finishing the work we have to just mark on box and it will close the work orders. "Easy to use and great customer support"
What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? If you put good data in- you get good data out. Easy program to use and I always get great support when I call. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? Some of my colleagues still like the older platform and for training, I would rather have everyone on V4. What problems is eMaint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes keeping track of routine maintenance on a large fleet easier therefore protecting our assets.

"Great product and support team"
What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? It functionality, it is versatile and easy to use. It allows me to do alot of changes and customizing myself. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? My biggest dislike is not having a true mobile app, the mobile page is good but I feel like in the age we are in a true mobile app is needed. What problems is eMaint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? WE replaced our old system, it is a very user friendly product.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? Can log in from any computer that has internet What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? Not able to make a few changes I ask for without a fee What problems is eMaint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly using it to track spares and have breakdown history

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS? The versatility and ease of customization. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS? So far nothing. They have been great to work with and listen to our comments. What problems is eMaint CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Accountability and scheduling. The ability to track the history of assets has proven to be valuable.
