I really like EmailOctopus

Email Octopus is invaluable to us as a small PR agency. We use it all the time and I think it's the best option out there in terms of affordability and functionality.

EmailOctopus is excellent.The platform itself is straightforward and intuitive, and when I needed help confirming my domain, the support team were genuinely helpful and responsive, even outside of office hours! I had several emails back and forth and they stayed patient, clear and reassuring until everything was fully sorted and working properly.It makes such a change to receive such thorough, human support rather than automated replies. Much better than MailChimp

I moved to Email Octopus after the cost with MailChimp went through the roof. My emails don't bring in much money so it didn't make sense to spend an enormous amount every month. Email Octopus is a fraction of the cost with all the same important features. They also had a real person approve my industry during set up, which I appreciated.

The customer support is A+

The customer support is A+. They're always there with a quick response ready to help whatever the issue. I had problems splitting lists and they actually did it for me.

great service, if I have questions, somebody will come back to me immediately and help me solve an issue. cool team, small, but very dedicated. simple interface, very easy to design and send e-mails. hassle free, for sure. it has become one of my favourite tools for growing my business.

Easy to use & powerful at a fair price

EmailOctopus is easy to use, powerful, simple, and has first-class customer service. All at a price that seems very fair to me. It has been a great discovery. I use it mainly to send campaigns, and I also have more than 20 automations running that allow me to contact my customers based on their profiles and preferences.

We made the switch over from Mailchimp to Email Octopus, which was very easy and we're so pleased we did! Since joining we've used the platform to help us reach our community in a number of ways from newsletters to creating more complex automations, creating segments within our contact list and so on. This has helped us to improve our engagement through specific targeted campaigns. The platform is also very easy to use - great for us non-tech minded folk at our charity!
