What do you like best about Elfsight? I've had a great experience with both using the audio player and communicating with customer support! Everything went smoothly apart from one bug, which was detected quickly after I reported the issue, and fixed right after that - many thanks to Lisa from the customer support, she was great!

What do you like best about Elfsight? I am using their chat widget, which is perfect for my site. The support team was super helpful. Elfsight installed the chat widget on my test site even though I was using the free version. They were friendly, professional and I was satisfied with the service and moved quickly to one of the paid plans. I will be using their service for a long time.
