Elementor - I love you!!

Make Website Design Easy Again
Elementor is always coming out with new features, bug fixes, and so on. It doesn't have everything obviously, but it works seamlessly with other plugins, and makes me never have to worry about Wordpress updates, theme updates, or plugin updates breaking my websites. I can keep everything up to date to protect my website against vulnerabilities and just focus on marketing.

Bugs appearing on IE and FF - No Fix after 2 months
Elementor's support take a while to get back to you and when a bug is identified that stops key functionality on the site working (i.e. call back requests/light boxes across different browsers they don't fix. The response is "the dev will fix it when they fix it". I'm paying for this service and whilst bugs are to be expected I would expect x-browser testing to be done on key functionality and for them to address bugs that stop users from converting on their clients site pretty quickly! totally screwed over on renewal
totally screwed over on renewal, went through the black friday website promo for 74 dollars, the payment screen showed my price as 74 dollars and they then charged me 99 dollars as my renewal was due, wont be using any more have cancelled my auto renew
