Why I use Elementor Pro.
I have been using Elementor Pro for a few years now and cannot imagine being without it. I invested a lot of time in learning Elementor and seldom needed support. When I do, the help I get is of high quality. The tier 1 thing you have to go through is very irritating, but I suppose it is necessary to weed out the ones who do not want to do the initial steps to solve everyday problems. Once you reach tier 2 support, they rock!

I thought had a prroblem with Elementor…
I thought had a prroblem with Elementor in a way that after an update the site didn't work. The support took care of my case, they did login into my site, guiding me to create a staging, and then reproduce the problem to see what was happening. They found out that the problem was due to another plugin (or set of plugins) that was not licensed and therefore not updated. Great Customer Service
