Friday 13th isn't all bad...
Traditionally on Friday the 13th things go wrong. And with a site I was building just before the deadline, the whole design seemed to collapse because of an issue with Elementor. Sent a ticket including the required tech data and within 3 hours I got the solution to solve it. Great response (times)

Elementor itself seems very buggy
Elementor itself seems very buggy. The last rep I used was very helpful and I give props to for dealing with my attitude.

Friday 13th isn't all bad...
Traditionally on Friday the 13th things go wrong. And with a site I was building just before the deadline, the whole design seemed to collapse because of an issue with Elementor. Sent a ticket including the required tech data and within 3 hours I got the solution to solve it. Great response (times)

Excellent customer support
I had to contact Elementor support recently with an issue I was experiencing. Support was very easy to find, they responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue…even though the issue wasn’t an Elementor issue! Professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Elementor support are the best !
Elementor support was really helpful and fast ! They solved my issue and as they use interactive tools such as videos and screenshots with notes, it is really appreciated and useful to understand how to solve the problem. Elementor is super easy to use to build a website even for a novice 👍🏻
