Quick, Accurate, and Profeasional
I sent in a support ticket and setup a temporary remote logon for the Elementor team. They promptly investigated the issue and isolated to a beta feature I had activated. They sent me clear easy to follow instructions on how to correct the issue, which were spot on and provided an immediate resolution to the issue. Since apply the fix the issue has not resurfaced. BEST Customer Support
Customer Support. Everything moves at 100mph today, especially on the internet. The most frustrating thing is to not get fast help when you need it. John Lex was available for a live chat, logged into my staging site, found and fixed the problem, AND explained to me what I did wrong so that I didn’t repeat it. Anytime a customer support person can not only fix a problem but make me better at what I do? THAT’S top shelf. Thanks John!

Excellent support- I really appreciated the quality of service, the courtesy, and especially the patience in trying to understand my problem but especially in putting up with the fact that the problem was not caused by them, but by a different plug-in.
