Electroneum are stopping us selling our coin

I have the same problem as a lot of people here. When I tried to login to my account to sell my electroneum they suddenly want me to prove who I am again even though I did that in the past and successfully logged into my account. I asked for their support, then they ask me a question, after I reply they ignore me. This has gone on for weeks now. I think they are doing this to stop people cashing in their coins and by ignoring you they are not officially stopping you selling it. I guess ...

In the beginning ETN was good, but then...

In the beginning the ETN company was good. The app was also a good idea and nice to work with. After not being logged in to my wallet (app) for a long time, I could no longer access it. The webwallet website has also stopped working (error 403 Forbidden). So I contacted support and they asked me for some personal information. I gave it to them. This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I had over 400k ETN which I did export to offline paper wallet from their authorized app. I did then re-import a while after and it now shoes zero balance. I have asked their support for help and they don't even bother to reply.
