What do you like best about Electric? Being in operations at a tech company, while not being particularly tech-savvy myself, has its ups and downs. Before partnering with electric, every time I got pinged with an IT issue, a wave of frustration and exasperation would come over me. "Electric.ai transformed our small business IT support!"

What do you like best about Electric? The team at Electric provide near-immediate response times to our staff over Slack, and they are able to provide support across the board to our team. "Okay for what you pay for"

What do you like best about Electric? Our direct representative. He follows up to every email I send and looks into escalations that are made. Also setting up different departments through Turbine. Once set up all you have to do is enter basic new hire info and Electric will handle the rest. What do you dislike about Electric? The only way to communicate for assistance is through slack, which is at times an issue when the new hire does not have access. It can also take them a few hours to ...

"Great concept, needs improvement"

What do you like best about Electric? I like that Electric has a capability to onboard and offboard employees, which takes a lot off of my plate. What do you dislike about Electric? I've run into multiple issues related to miscommunication as well as a lack of attention to detail.
