What do you like best about Electric? Electric's platform is easy to navigate and accomplish what's needed ie. off-boarding, IT health check, etc. Their integration with Slack makes it super easy for our team members to troubleshoot their issues quickly alongside their team. What do you like best about Electric? There's a good amount of support with the Slack integration to have access service desk to fulfill requests. What do you dislike about Electric? The quality of service sometime depends on the agent you get which sometimes requires unnecessary touches. What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? IT management and MDM is being monitored with a point of record.

What do you like best about Electric? Being in operations at a tech company, while not being particularly tech-savvy myself, has its ups and downs. Before partnering with electric, every time I got pinged with an IT issue, a wave of frustration and exasperation would come over me. What do you like best about Electric? The team at Electric provide near-immediate response times to our staff over Slack, and they are able to provide support across the board to our team.
