Electric automates the whole onboarding process (depending on what can be done on their side) and makes things very simple. What do you like best about Electric? I like the idea of the Slack Help Desk. On some items, they are extremely efficient & follow up. What do you dislike about Electric? I dislike the fact that the Slack Help Desk can't be as interactive for our less tech-savvy employees.
