What do you like best about Electric? - Hands-off IT support - Streamlined onboarding/offboarding - Easy setup process - Reasonably priced What do you dislike about Electric? "Caring about their customers"

What do you like best about Electric? The care for their customers is clear -- our CSM meets with us weekly to make sure all the humps and bumps are resolved. What do you dislike about Electric? The online/slack only interface is tough when trying to resolve certain IT issues. I wish they had the ability to take over computers and debug directly. What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? External IT as we scale

I couldn't get real help What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? We stopped using them because we weren't getting real service

"Electric saves us time and money!"

What do you like best about Electric? After transitioning to remote work in 2020, Electric saved us! Whenever any of employees has an IT concern, Electric is easy to reach through the Electric app or Slack, and they always respond within ten minutes. Electric can remote into our employees' computer and usually fix the problem right away. They're also flexible with device types, and they've been a great partner. What do you like best about Electric? I like the features and accessibility for Electric. What do you dislike about Electric? We need support bolstered with more techs; tickets lag to resolution. What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you? We can run efficiently and have our day-to-day tech needs covered. Electric provides the human power we are unable to staff for internally at the momemnt.

"Could not be happier..."

What do you like best about Electric? Electric takes the work of five full-time employees and distributes it across their staff to provide a level of support that is unparalleled. What do you dislike about Electric? I have no gripes with Electric that are top-notch. If I had to say one thing, they only support 99% of the software we use. "Made a small team feel like a growing Enterprise!"

What do you like best about Electric? I love the onboarding process of new hires. Electric automates the whole onboarding process (depending on what can be done on their side) and makes things very simple. Support times for my team are fantastic, and all techs are very knowledgeable about IT needs. What do you dislike about Electric? What do you like best about Electric? Customer service is exceptional. Our account manager is very helpful and makes himself available regularly to touch base with our team. What do you dislike about Electric? Only improvement I have recommended is a checklist for on and offboarding that you can physically click off once the task is completed.
