Small non-profit, lots of files and collaboration needs

What do you like best? Simple functionality of egnyte- ease of doing the things we need to do - uploading and downloading and sharing links of large documents and files with external audiences. I also like the mobile app for in a pinch when my laptop or tablet don't make sense on the road. Has never gone down or been unaccessible in the 10+ years we have been using it. What do you like best? Egnyte is pretty awesome. We are abl.e able to create archives organized into folders - very intuitive like using your computer. What do you like best? Secure central location for users to access documents. What do you dislike? Must download to work on stored information. What problems are you solving with the product?
