Great System

What do you like best? It is so easy to maneuver and to find what I need when I need it. What do you dislike? Sometimes I need to save my documents under certain names and it does not let you save them with special characters What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That everyone in our office can have access to our files.

Easy to find Database

What do you like best? Our Company started small and preferred to store our data in the cloud. But since we got acquired by a larger company and has it's our document storage databases. However our company has continued to use Egnyte instead. What do you dislike? Larger companies tend to block Egnyte easy accessible drive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None except, when I had login problems the tech support was super helpful.

Simple, intuitive, and cost effective

What do you like best? Egnyte allows me to collaborate with my coworkers and share HIPPA compliant information with users or outside contacts with the use of a password. Egnyte in the Workplace

What do you like best? Folder management is key for Egnyte. Having the ability to see the date modified for the folder or file is most useful for my team. What do you dislike? The desktop sync has not always worked for me so I work directly out of the website. This could be more user error but I've tried to reconnect/sync and there always seems to be an issue. Great for File Sharing and Remote Access

What do you like best? That I can access, share, download my files from any location. What do you dislike? The User profiles are quite limited. It would be great to customize the user types, or if there were more profiles you could assign.
