Wonderful service that works.

What do you like best? Syncing capabilities and ability to work on all platforms. What do you dislike? We don't dislike anything about the service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to sync all company documents, this included Quickbooks which we couldn't sync on Google Drive.

Very useful and easy to use

What do you like best? The "link accessed" feature that informs you when link is viewed. What do you dislike? That it does not update in real time. Manual add needed for immediate link at times. Excellent experience overall. Best UX and fastest compared to other file-sharing system I've used.

What do you like best? The capacity of file size and speed of upload and download. The security when sharing to specific users within my organization as well as external parties. What do you dislike? Less intuitive UX for managing folders and sub-folders. When comparing to other services such as Google Drive, which can do drag-and-drop, it is a bit of a hassle. Nice collaboration tool

What do you like best? Collaboration possibilities among colleagues. What do you dislike? Our IT hasn’t made it SSO Login, so it is a bit complicated to login, but generally I like most of it. Recommendations to others considering the product: There are a lot of other cloud storage vendors, but from experience, Egnyte has the best/most secure syncing and also creates multiple versions of the files. Egnyte is an excellent cloud platform for all the brokers in our company to access other brokers' files for information or to access administrative files. Some of us work in the main office, others work remotely. Egnyte makes working remotely very efficient. I also like the ability to share specific file folders with clients or customers. Great way to have access to your files anywhere

What do you like best? The best thing about Egnyte is you can use it exactly like you do any drive you have on your computer. As long as you have an internet connection, you can save , open files, copy, pull up anything you need, just like you are at your office. What do you dislike? The only downside, is if you lose connection, it will sometimes not let you save your work. If you notice, just save it to your desktop, and then upload it once your connection is reestablished. ...

What do you like best? Everything just works like you would expect it to... Egnyte is very intuitive for and very easy to onboard new users, without reference or training. We have several 3rd parties that work with us use our infrastructure and we have had no issues with adoption. Egnyte Review for Mindful Talent

What do you like best? Sharing capabilities are wonderful. We now create links routinely, eliminating the need to send email attachments. The Web user interface is excellent; We can do everything necessary to manage our content in a browser. Permission management is also easy from the Web UI. Access to Egnyte from mobile devices and notifications from the apps are also great. Commenting on content - from any device - is truly helpful. This too has eliminated a huge volume of emails. ...
