PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can upload and search for files easily. Logging in is also not a problem. I can use keywords to search for the files I need. What do you like best? It is very useful and easy to use tool to work in organisation. We can securely transfers files. One feature is really good is the comment area for a particular file. We have been a customer with Egnyte for about 13 years, and growing the size of services we get from them. Always amazed at their quality. But the pandemic has taken its toll on our company and we for 1 month were completely broke, but quickly recovering. After 13 years of service and a good customer - I called July 5 and wrote July 6th, and had an email from their Manager of Customer Renewals 'Kevin Stanley' to setup a call - and requested they delay a payment for about 30 days.
