What I've found most helpful in Egnyte is all the amount of information that can be stored and updated in real-time, as well as manage it with a large group of people in a company. What do you like best? Has ease of use and handling because you can upload the files in a fast and super easy way achieving to share the files in a simple and effective way. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Egnyte connect and the functionality it provides. What do you dislike? Need better filter functionality on the web console. The ability to filter per column would be nice. Browsing to a folder that is a few pages away is slightly cumbersome. Being able to quickly apply a filter in the folder name column would be helpful. What do you like best? Folders organization, easy sharing, and passwords to any downloads. What do you dislike? I think that the web interface could be better. Keeping Organized is Now Easy

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to keep all projects (in my case properties) organized. Changes are made effortlessly, and it's just as easy on the app as it is on the computer. Extremely convenient

What do you like best? Uploading files and searching for files in a folder is very fast. I log in very easily and instead of having to search through individual files in file explorer, I can search keywords in specific folder. The website is much easier than file explorer. Rather than waiting minutes to seach for a file, it will load in seconds and it can search in a specific folder which vastly narrows the results. What do you dislike? Greedy and Bad Customer Service

We have been a customer for 8 years and recently decided to consolidate all our cloud services so wanted to close account. Contacted them and told them to close account. Despite being fully paid up and having several days left until next cycle, they wanted to charge us for 3 more months and sent us a copy of our old agreement which ended a year ago.
