Egencia agent chat for the win
I have been using Egencia for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. I think the biggest thing for me is the support. I was sitting on a flight and found out it was cancelled and instead of going to the delta desk to rebook my flight, I used Egencia chat and had them rebook my flight and I was able to jump on the next departing flight vs waiting hours at the desk or on hold with delta agents. Huge win for me and that makes it 100% worth it to me.
