Outdated, horrible usability

They may impress with reporting functions on paper but eGain 11 is horrible to use. It's incredibly that anyone would ever market such a user-unfriendly piece of garbage. It only works with an outdated version of IE and crashes frequently. It takes IT specialists at our company to figure out how to make it crash less.
