Very Happy with eFileCabinet

What do you like best? Very easy to use. All of the information I need is in one place and easy to find. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to do more on sidekick instead of having to log in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like having all the documents I've saved in one place and being able to open a window to see those documents while I work is very helpful.

Great but can be a little too complex

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the software when it comes to storing and accessing documents. What do you dislike? When it comes to ZonalOCR, the set up and continued use of that product is so complex. I consider myself to be pretty intelligent and tech-savvy, but I have a hard time with this part of the system, which is one of the biggest reasons I chose eFileCabinet over other competitors. Simplicity and Ease

The problem we solved was with our previous product it was slow and cumbersome and now we import all of stuff super fast!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It works like a physical filing cabinet. You can drag and drop files in desired file drawers. It is very organized and needs less time to store your files as you don't have to label each one to find it easily. While labeling files is a good practice, with eFileCabinet, you can still easily locate files that you forgot to label. All its content is displayed with a mouse click. Great for storing files

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We can add multiple documents at a time. We can also remove and add access to certain file cabinets. It also has a deletes on store feature, making it easy access files even if you accidentally deleted it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The desktop version doesn't allow the drag and drop function. You have to click through each step. If they could allow this, I really don't have anything to complain anymore. ...

User-friendly and easy to use

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? You can see a preview of the document before opening it so you can make sure that you have the right file. You can also easily copy documents in and out of a folder. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The sidekick feature is slowing down.
